In one of those small villages of Morocco, people used to gather around their most favored and beloved Quran recieter Sheikh Abd El-Salam Al-Faqih who had such a beautiful and touching voice to the extent that the listeners would weep out of their sincere devotion for Allah. But surely no one could have imagined that one day someone from Al-Faqih's family could inherit that wonderful voice and such amazing talent, until Abd El-Salam Al-Hosney ; the grandson of Sheikh Abd El-Salam Al-Faqih came proving that he has many common things with his grandfather, not just the same first name !

The Beginning of the journey
Since a very young age, it appeared that Abdel-Salam loved singing. He chose the path of serious meaningful singing away from the rubbish that the Muslim youth have been bombarded with in the media under the name of art! He started singing in many cultural, artistic, local and international events and festivals which made a huge fan base for him. He kept moving with his meaningful songs from country to country till he went to Cairo International song festival as a representative of his country; there his song about the mother attracted huge attention from the judges and the crowd. Since this day, it became clear to him that the best path that suits him is the spiritual singing. So, instead of singing for fortune and fame; Abdel-Salam decided to sing about Prophet Muhammad.
Going global
Abdel-Salam made tours to East Asia, North Africa, and the Arabian Gulf. He made video clips, video footage of his supplications. He succeeded in making a huge fan base all over the Arab world.
